Plant Warranty
Explanation of One Year Guarantee:
All nursery stock (i.e. shrubs and trees) purchased from The Garden Spot Inc is sold with a one year 100% guarantee. Only one replacement will be allowed. The purchaser will be given store credit for the plant material returned. Replacement or credit will be given only if the dead plant and dated sales receipt are brought back to the store prior to their one-year expiration date.
Plants, like all living things, must be given proper care. Excluded from this warranty are effects from improper water, weather conditions, improper pruning, animal damage, fertilization, insect and disease problems, soil conditions, or planting errors.

Also excluded from one-year warranty are roses, perennials, annuals, hanging baskets, and fall mums/asters. Clearance, sale, and discounted plants are sold as-is and are not eligible for one-year guarantee coverage, returns, or exchanges. All clearance and discounted sales are final.
