How Can We Help?


When do you open for the season?

We are now open!  Our season runs through the end of October.  We are closed during the winter months.

What is your plant return policy?

We ask that all plants are exchanged within three days and in the same condition they left the store in.  Plants that are covered under a one year guarantee and don't survive, must be returned prior to their one year purchase date.  If you have any questions, please call our store.

Do you offer delivery service for bulk mulch?

Sorry, at this time we do not.

Can you deliver plants or bagged products?

Yes, we can.  There is a fee for delivery depending on location.

Do you offer fresh cut floral?

At this time, we do not.  If you are looking for a memorial, funeral, or plant gift, we can certainly help you find something appropriate for the occasion.

Where do your plants come from?

We source most of our plants from the local area of Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.  We are proud to support local growers and small businesses.

How should I protect my plants during the cold spring temperatures?

If you have tender plants that need protection from frost, we recommend using a breathable fabric or layers of sheets to protect them.  Covers should remain on until the temperature rises well above freezing.  We do not recommend using plastics of any types directly on the plants.
